We, Natasha and Tony, live on-site and are always on hand to help. We offer personalised concierge service and are happy to guide you on where to go, what to do, and how to make the most of your holiday. We can also assist with reservations and appointments throughout your stay.
Wi-Fi
Fast & complimentary throughout the property, including in the pool area.
Bed linen and towels
We offer all our bed linen and towels (including pool towels), with everything made from pure Egyptian cotton. We change all the bed linen and towels weekly for stays of over seven days. This is done to be sustainable and preserve water usage.
Young Children
A travel cot with a mattress can be provided upon request. We can also offer a high chair, children’s cutlery, plates, bowls, and children’s games.
Equipment
You will find a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, air-fryer and hob in the kitchen. Glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and dinnerware are also there. An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer are in the bathroom. A smart TV, sun loungers, inflatables, games, and books are also provided.
Cleaning Products
We offer dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, detergents, bin bags, toilet paper and other cleaning products for your use. In the bathrooms, we also provide liquid hand soap, and shower gel.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-in times outside those specified must be confirmed with us before arrival.
Included in the rental rate
Bed linen, bathroom & pool towels, and heating of the pool (May – September) are included. Wi-Fi is available. Utilities (water, gas, & electricity) are covered. Gas for the barbecue and firewood are provided. Cleaning products & detergents are also included.
Payments
An initial payment of 40% is needed to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 months before your arrival. If the booking is made within three months of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
We ask for a refundable security deposit of €300 for each Gite and €500for both Gites booked together. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of departure, unless there is any damage to the property.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, we will try our best to re-let the property. If we are successful, your payment will be refunded in full, unless any losses have been incurred. We always recommend that travel insurance is taken out.
Outdoor Dining
Having a dual-purpose charcoal or gas BBQ in the tranquil outdoor space is fantastic for alfresco dining! It offers flexibility for different cooking styles. A separate outside table and chairs for six to ten people (depending on the Gîte) make it perfect for gatherings. This arrangement is ideal for family meals outdoors.
Pool Policy
Our pool measures 16 by 4 meters, with an extra shallow area, a cascade, a terrace of 400 sq. m, sun loungers and parasols. There is a separate outdoor shower. The pool is a saltwater one, which means softer water and fewer risks of hyper-allergic reactions. Saltwater pools have about 10% of the salinity of the ocean. Please be aware that the pool area is unattended.
Smoking
Regrettably, no smoking or vapes are permitted inside the property.
End-of-stay clean
At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to put games, toys, books, etc. away. This will help us have the property ready for our next guests on time.
Pets
Normally, we do not allow pets unless specifically agreed for small size animal at additional fee.
Heating & Cooling
Our properties offer a variety of heat sources, including electric heaters, underfloor heating, as well as wood burners. There are fans in the bedrooms, should they be required.
Yoga and Massages
Debiprasad Pramanic, the founder of Swayoga in Sarlat and well known internationally, integrates yoga, Ayurveda, and therapeutic massages to promote a holistic well-being. His approach fosters deep relaxation, self-awareness, and natural healing. Bookings are recommended in advance.

We are delighted to offer you the free use of our high-quality telescope. It comes fully equipped with smart app integration for your mobile phone. The Dordogne is famous for its breathtakingly clear night skies. This makes it the perfect place to explore the wonders of the universe.
On a clear evening, you and your family can spot planets, stars, and even distant moons. It is an unforgettable experience for stargazers of all ages!
